Full-Time Part-Time Clinical

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You'll work 1:1 with children in center and home-based settings, collecting data and building meaningful relationships.

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
RBT certification (or willingness to obtain. We help!)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Full-Time Clinical BCBA Required

Lead the clinical program for a caseload of clients. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision to RBTs, and collaborate with families and school teams.

Active BCBA certification required
Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or similar assessments
Strong communication and family collaboration skills
